Judy (Brown) Hockaday died Wednesday, Sept. 7, 2011, surrounded by family.
She was born in Pattonsburg, the daughter of Robert D. Brown and Opal Bozarth and later stepfather, Elliott Sweat.
She was preceded in death by her parents; a brother, Robert F. Brown; and a sister, Rozella Baur-(Brown) Bidol.
She is survived by her husband, Emory Hockaday; two sons, Brian and Michael; one brother, Charles R. Brown; six grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
