Graveside services and burial will be held Monday, Sept. 12 at the Masonic Cemetery, Jamesport, Mo., under the direction of Roberson Funeral Home, Jamesport, Mo. Carolyn Ann (Thompson) Dockery, 78, San Antonio, Texas, went to be with her Lord on Saturday, Sept. 3, 2011.

She was born Jan. 26, 1933 in Jamesport, Mo., the daughter of Frank and Beulah Thompson.

On April 9, 1955, she married Mayland Dockery. He preceded her in death. She was also preceded in death by her son, Mark Edward Dockery.

She worked at TWA in Kansas City, Mo., prior to her marriage. Through the Air Force, she lived in Florida and Germany before settling in Texas. Carolyn taught Sunday School faithfully for over 45 years at various local churches. She will be remembered for her service to God, family and friends. Carolyn was an extremely loyal friend and always valued the needs of others above her own. She enjoyed traveling, flowers and working in her yard.

Survivors include her children, Cheryl and Phil Camp, Daryl and Victoria Dockery; grandchildren, Melanie and Leslie Camp and Samantha, Mackenize and Jacob Dockery; and great-granddaughter, Taylor Camp.
