Brian Keith Lurten and Jacqulyn Maria Appel proudly announce the birth of a daughter, Ava Maria Lurten, at 9 a.m. on Monday, July 18, 2011, at Cameron Regional Medical Center. Ava weighed 7 pounds, 9 ½ ounces, and was 20 1/4 inches long. Her siblings are Branden K. Lurten and Alexa L. Chrisman.
