The Arthritis Self-Help Course is designed to help you learn and practice the different skills needed to build your own individualized self-management program and gain the confidence to carry out this program.
In Missouri one in every three adults complains of a loss in activity due to joint pain or arthritis. Learn what you need to know about this chronic condition. There is no cure for arthritis, but with reliable information and some simple management tools, it is possible to find relief from joint pain and reactivate your lifestyle.
Classes will be held at the Daviess County Health Department starting July 21 and will go through Aug. 25.
