Infant Connor Michael Schroeder, seven months old, passed away Friday, June 24, 2011, at his home in Raytown.
Memorial services were held Tuesday, June 28, at the First Christian Church in Gallatin. Memorial contributions may be made to the Conner Schroeder Memorial Fund in care of McWilliams Funeral Home in Gallatin.
Connor was born on Nov. 21, 2010, to Sean and Natasha (McLey) Schroeder. During his brief visit on this earth he touched many lives. He had a beautiful smile and his great big eyes would light up whenever family was around. He loved cuddling with his mother and liked to play games with his dad. Watching "The Wiggles" video always made him happy. Conner was a good baby who left behind so much love and filled each day with true delight. No longer in our lives to share, but Connor will live on in our hearts forever.
Connor is preceded in death by his maternal great-grandfather Burr Woody and his great-aunt Vickie Burns, uncle Jared McLey; paternal great-grandfathers Robert W. Schroeder and Johnny House Sr.
Survivors include his parents Sean and Natasha Schroeder of Raytown; siblings, Aydin and Brice Schroeder of the home, and Olivia Woody of Gallatin; maternal grandparents, Belinda Woody and Donnie McLey, both of Gallatin; paternal grandparents, Floyd and Sherri Purden of Raytown, and Mike Schroeder of Kansas City; maternal great-grandparent, Hazel Woody of Gallatin; paternal great-grandparents, Jerry and Mary Dobson of Overland Park, Kan., and Bill and Fontella Grigsby of Kansas City.
