Born July 3, 1950, in Jamesport, he resided in St. Joseph.
Mr. Coy worked as a mechanic.
He was preceded in death by his parents, James W. and Marjorie Marie (Pugh) Coy.
Survivors include one son, Matthew S. Clover; one daughter, Elizabeth "Libbie" Teehee; his companion, Julie Hill; and five grandchildren.
