Gallatin Grain Company case postponed to Oct. 24

In the Gallatin Grain Company case, where federal charges were filed May 2 against Daniel and Pauline Froman alleging the theft of over $3 million in grain, a postponement has been granted. The trial has been set for Oct. 24, 2011, by Judge John Maughmer.
