This is the very same thing that took place while the case was it state court and why the case hasn’t been prosecuted 2 yrs. later. This is nothing more than a stall tactic – it is time for Fromans to face the music and take their long overdue punishment . It seems too often the law protects the criminal . These people have avoided the law for far too long – it’s time to get it over with.
