Family visitation for Max Hensley was held Monday, May 16 at Lindley Funeral Home, Chillicothe with burial on Tuesday, May 17 at the Funeral Home in Chillocothe. Max William Hensley, 59, a resident of Hamilton, passed away Wednesday, May 11, 2011 at Annie Jeffrey Memorial Hospital in Osceola, Neb.

He was born the son of Troy and Leta Mae (McCollum) Hensley on Feb. 18, 1952 in Gallatin.

He graduated from Chillicothe High School in 1970. He served in the US Army from May of 1972 to November of 1977 and was a Private Spec 4. Mr. Hensley was an over the road truck driver with L.L.L. Trucking of Brookfield.

Max is survived by two sisters; Jennie Vermillion and Candy Hensley of Hamilton; two nieces and one nephew; many great nieces and nephews, aunts and cousins.

He was preceded in death by his parents.
