Gallatin’s male golfers won a three-team meet last Thursday against Albany and South Harrison, with Gallatin’s Jim Willett capturing the low-score medalist honor with a round of 44.

Bulldog golfers combined for a team score of 199 to beat Albany’s 219 and South Harrison’s 241.

Logan Henderson finished runnerup for Gallatin with a 45.

Willett’s round of 45 helped lead the Bulldogs to a score of 203 in three-team competition on March 30 at Daviess County Country Club. Albany shot 172 and South Harrison brought only two golfers for no team score.

Wes Cole shot 52 yesterday (Tuesday) at Richmond as Gallatin took on Orrick head-to-head. Orrick prevailed with a combined round of 214. Gallatin golfers totaled 219.

Gallatin hosts Hamilton and Princeton on Thursday at DCCC.
