Calendar of Events
March 25 — Nominations for Elections 11 a.m.; March 30 — 3 B Day; March 30 — Blood Pressures 11-12 noon; March 30 — Greg Macy Donation Presentation.
Product of the month for March is a jar of sliced pickles.
Greg Macy was the winner for Daviess County of the America’s Farmers Grow Communities program and has generously picked our center to donate the $2,500 check. We will celebrate on March 30 at 12:30 with an award presentation. Everyone is invited to attend.
Nominations for area-wide elections will be Friday, March 25, at 11. This meeting will include nominations for our center’s Board of Directors as well as the Area Agency on Aging and the Advisory Council.
The families of Tom Cummings, Ruth Gay and Nadyne Mann donated memorials to our center.
Menus March 28-April 1
Monday: chili, pickles and onion, juice, crackers, cinnamon rolls; Tuesday: oven fried chicken and biscuit, mashed potatoes, carrots and peas, peach crisp; Wednesday: hot turkey sandwich, green beans, stuffing muffin, fruit gelatin; Thursday: meatloaf, scalloped potatoes, winter mix, bread pudding; Friday: fish and cornbread, tomatoes and macaroni, coleslaw, apricots.
