The café, located on the east side of the square in Gallatin, was closed on Nov. 21 after a fire devastated the interior. New hours will be from 5 a.m. to 9 p.m. The kitchen has been completely remodeled. The floor of the front area has been sanded, stained and re-sealed. Most of the same employees will be working at the café. The menu, too, is the same, with all-day breakfast, daily lunch specials, a special on Friday, and prime-rib served on Saturdays. In time, the pizza buffet will be open from 4-9 p.m. Monday through Thursday. The café is owned by Sue and Delbert Cox of rural Jameson. [Staff Photo/TLH]
