Product of the month for March is a jar of sliced pickles.

Greg Macy was the winner for Daviess County of the America’s Farmers Grow Communities program and has generously picked our center to donate the $2,500 check. We will celebrate on March 30 at 12:30 p.m. with an award presentation. Everyone is invited to attend.

Nominations for area-wide elections will be Friday, March 25 at 11 a.m. This meeting will include nominations for our center’s Board of Directors as well as the Area Agency on Aging and the Advisory Council.

Menus March 21-25

Monday: meatloaf patty, scalloped potatoes, spinach, stewed apples, pumpkin bread; Tuesday: chicken over rice, green beans, beets, Mandarin oranges; Wednesday: spaghetti and meat sauce, lettuce salad, garlic bread, peaches; Thursday: roast beef and noodles, mashed potatoes, California blend, fruit salad, cookie; Friday: baked potto with chili, carrots and celery, juice, oatmeal cake.
