Brandy is the daughter of Dennis and Barbara Ballew, Gallatin, and Ron and Allice Vandiver of Maryville. She is a 1994 graduate of Gallatin High School and a 2000 graduate of Northwest Missouri State University at Maryville with a bachelor’s degree and master’s degree in business. She is currently employed at Garmin in Lenexa, Kan., as the director of ERP applications. Kevin is a graduate of Derby High School of Derby, Kan., and Wichita State University. He is the son of John and Jane Ray of Derby, Kan. He is employed at Garmin of Lenexa, Kan. The couple will be married at 4 p.m. on April 23, 2011, at the Gallatin Christian Church, with a reception following at the Lake Viking Clubhouse. Friends and family are invited. The couple will be honeymooning in the Hawaiian Islands. They will make their home in Shawnee, Kan.
