On Feb. 15, officers with the Gallatin Police Department arrested Perry L. Mace, 48, Gallatin, on a felony warrant out of Boone County.

Officers had attempted to locate Mace at several locations throughout the morning and at approximately 3 p.m., Mace’s vehicle was spotted and he was taken into custody without incident.
Mace is currently being held at the Daviess-DeKalb Regional Jail on a Class C felony of tampering with a judicial officer. He is awaiting transfer to Boone County.
