Chief of Police Mark Richards submitted a report on activity from Dec. 27 to Jan. 10 with the following reports taken and tickets given: three vehicle lockouts; one building alarm; one theft of mail; one stealing; one leaving the scene of an accident; three dogs at large; one missing dog; one property damage; one missing person. There are six dogs in the pound.

Discussion was held on setting up a pool committee; water meter testing; mutual aid agreement; collection agency; and the jet truck.
During new business the board discussed the 2010 Annual Financial Review; an oil leak in one of the generators; the new server at city hall; and the budget.
Comments were made regarding performance evaluations for employees.
The board entered into closed session pursuant to legal actions and litigations and hiring, firing, disciplining or promoting employees.
