School board election candidate sign-up dates begin Dec. 14, 2010, and will continue through Jan. 18, 2011, at 5 p.m. Board members going off this term are Jason Lewis, Jeremy Hunter and Axel Olson.
MW Electric Supply presented the board with an energy analysis of the district. The school purchased energy efficient lights for the district from the company.
Mrs. Morris presented the special education district profile to the board.
The CD that matures on Dec.19 was renewed. Christmas program was held. The monthly nurse’s report was presented.
The reading coach from RPDC has been working with the elementary teachers. Christmas break began Dec. 17.
The financial statement was presented by Mrs. Morris and bills were paid as presented.
Executive session was held pursuant to employee matters and student matters.
Next board meeting is at 7 p.m. on Monday, Jan. 17, 2011, at Coffey.
