GHCAA met on Tuesday night. Items on the consent agenda included new revised, and/or requested budgets, and Resource Development Committee meeting notes.
The Finance Committee met and the board approved the September, 2010 financial report, a revised 2011 agency budget, and agency audit bids for 2011, 2012, and 2013.
Personnel Committee members discussed and approved the new Employee Handbook and the CEO Evaluation process.
New Business items approved were: Strategic Plan results (2010), health insurance bids, property/general liability/umbrella insurance, and a Youth Build Grant proposal.
Brian Johnston, Livingston County, was presented with a certificate of appreciation for four years of service on the board. Brian is moving out of the area and will no longer serve on the board.
The next meeting of the GHCAA Area Governing Board will be held Tuesday, Feb. 8, 2011.
