The Pattonsburg Chamber of Commerce is sponsoring a visit from Satna Claus from 6-8 p.m. on Saturday, Dec. 11, at the Pattonsburg Multi-Purpose Center.
Kids will receive a free bag full of fruit, candy and toys. Bess Ann Photography will also be there to take pictures. Cookies, cocoa and coffee will be provided.
Canned food drive
A canned food drive is going on now until Dec. 16. Take a minute to clean out your cabinets and bring in non-perishable food items that will be donated to the Pattonsburg Senior Center for the holiday boxes and to the Daviess County food pantry.
Gold rush in February
FBLA and FFA members will work together to put on a "gold rush," which will help raise money for childhood cancer, during the varsity basketball games vs. North Harrison on Feb. 22. These groups plan on selling t-shirts, basketball luminaries (in honor of and in memory of), as well as other events. They hope to see everyone from both North Harrison and Pattonsburg wearing gold t-shirts the night of the game. If you have any questions or ideas, please contact Mrs. Smith or Mr. Snook.
