The William H. Darr School of Agriculture at Missouri State University held its annual scholarship and awards banquet Nov. 3 at Plaster Student Union. The 72nd annual celebration honored 75 students and awarded approximately $40,000 in scholarships.

Beth Courter of Coffey received the Glenn E. and Ruth Z. Karls Memorial Scholarship and the Stanlie H. and Belva Ross Spangler Memorial Scholarship. Courter is a senior animal science major and a graduate of North Daviess R-3. She is a member of Delta Tau Alpha Agriculture Honor Society and vice-president of the Pre-Veterinary Medicine Club. Courter is the daughter of Gene and Becky Morris and the wife of Max Courter III.
