A Bethany woman was seriously injured in a one-vehicle accident at about 11:45 a.m. on Dec. 3 in Daviess County.

According to a report by the Missouri State Highway Patrol, Cindy Holliday, 41, was eastbound on Route T, three miles north of Pattonsburg. She failed to stop at the stop sign for Hwy. 69. Her 2001 Dodge Stratus crossed Hwy. 69 and became airborne. The vehicle went through a field entrance and came to rest on its wheels facing northwest in the field.
Holliday was taken by private vehicle to Harrison County Community Hospital in Bethany. She was wearing her seat belt.
