David A. Yoder was born April 7, 1941, at Centerville, Mich., to Alvin J. and Lydia (Hochstetler) Yoder.
On Oct. 27, 1966, he was united in marriage to Mattie Bontrager at Jamesport. They lived in matrimony 44 years and six days.
He was preceded in death by his parents, three sisters and four brothers.
Survivors include his wife, Mattie of the home; two sons, Melvin Yoder, Loganville, Wis.; and Raymond Yoder, Jamesport; and three daughters, Lydiann Kramer, Stanford, Ky.; Clara Mae Yoder, McFall; and Sara Yoder, Londonderry, Ohio; four sisters; eight brothers; 23 grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
