The Winston R-6 Character Council hosted the second annual "Trunk or Treat" for Winston students on Oct. 28. Local businesses and organizations set up booths in the gym for students to trick or treat at during the evening. The Winston Board of Education also served a chili supper. The Winston Character Council promotes relationship building between the students, parents and community.
