Anita has been a special education teacher for the past 21 years. She currently teaches at Gallatin elementary. Russell has been employed by Ford Motor Company for 27 years. The couple plan to live part-time in Gallatin and part-time in Liberty. Anita is the daughter of Jack and Francie Toney of Gallatin. Russell is the son of Jeff Hughes of Olathe, Kan., and Patsy Hughes of Huston, Texas.
