Johna Wilson, 52, passed away Monday, Oct. 25, 2010 at her sister’s home in Gallatin. Services were held at 10 a.m. Wednesday, Oct. 27, at McWilliams Funeral Home in Gallatin. Family visitation was held one hour prior to the service. Burial was in the Rosehill Cemetery near Breckenridge. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in honor of Johna to the Gallatin Theatre League, or a charity of choice, in care of the funeral home.

Johna was born Dec. 17, 1957, in Leavenworth, Kansas to Delbert Wilson and Sonya (Landes) Wilson. She was raised in Breckenridge, Mo., and received her Certificate of Achievement from the Verelle Penniston State School in Chillicothe, Mo. in 1978.
She lived in Gallatin for the majority of her adult life, where she was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. She worked at the Harrison County Sheltered Workshop and later at Clinco Industries.
Johna was preceded in death by her parents Delbert and Sonya, brother Scott Wilson, and brother-in-law Jim Walker.
Survivors include her two sisters: Sonna (Wilson) Walker, Jackie (Wilson) Nichols and husband Doug, Nieces and Nephews: Tonya Sloan and husband Ira, Caleb Kirkendoll, Cori Francis and husband Morgan, all of Gallatin, Tyler Nichols of Cameron. Great niece: Taylor Thomas, Great nephew: James Sloan.
Johna never knew a stranger and she will be greatly missed by all of her family and her large host of friends.
