Cindy Ball was elected secretary.

Lucille Lusk, clerk, distributed a financial report.

The clerk pointed out each item that was increased or reduced, resulting in an overall expenditure increase and a resulting reduction in the ending fund balance. The monthly fees to the villages remain the same for the rest of 2010.

The clerk indicated there is no cost for renewing the sewer operating permit since the annual connection fee payments are up to date. She explained that the budget that is adopted determines the fees that will be charged to the villages for the upcoming year, and that those amounts will be increased based on this budget proposal. After discussion of the budget items and the need to build adequate reserves, the amount budgeted for permit/fees was reduced to $300.

The next meeting was set for 6:30 p.m. on Monday, Jan. 3.

Board members present were Arvella Eaton, Bill Michael, Rob Hunt, Dan Adamson. Cindy Ball arrived later. Julie Burnett has moved and is no longer on the board. Others present: Lucille Lusk, Tom Kober, Melvin McFee, Jerry Lusk.
