Funeral services for Mildred Hobbs were held Saturday, Sept. 25, at Resthaven Mortuary of Trenton. Burial was at Springer Cemetery, northwest of Brimson.

Survivors include one son, Harold Hobbs; one brother, Eddie Ray Gibler; three sisters, Frieda Little, Iris Josephine Shockey and Edna Mae Eaton; four grandchildren, including DeLyndea Payne of Gallatin, Teresa Tye, Kristie Hobbs, David Hobbs; seven great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.
