Monday: beef and cheese burrito casserole, rice, mandarin orange dessert; Tuesday: fried chicken, potato salad, green beans, strawberry shortcake; Wednesday: grilled cheeseburger, scalloped potatoes, broccoli salad, ambrosia; Thursday: ham, candied yams, coleslaw, corn muffin, apple crisp; Friday: pork roast, potatoes and gravy, carrots, spinach salad, oatmeal cookies.
