Robert Aebert, 55, Lake Charles, La., received moderate injuries when his semi overturned on I-35.

According to a report by the Missouri State Highway Patrol, Aebert was southbound on I-35 at around 6:20 p.m. on Aug. 13. About four miles southwest of Winston, his 2008 Kenworth traveled into the median and overturned onto the driver’s side.
Aebert, who was wearing his seat belt, was taken to Cameron Regional Medical Center by Daviess County Ambulance.
The semi was extensively damaged.
The accident was investigated by Cpl. L.M. Newman, assisted by the Daviess County Sheriff’s Office, KAW Fire and Cameron Fire Department.
