Christopher Pence of Maysville participated in a School-to-Work Program with Dungy’s in Gallatin. The School-to-Work program works with high school students and partners with area businesses to build employment skills. Within the Child Advocacy services provided by Access II Independent Living Center, this program helps prepare students for employment once they graduate as a part of their transition plan. Community supporters like Dungy’s Affiliated Foods help high school students gain experience and skills required to succeed in the workplace.
