The Daviess County Farm Bureau will hold its annual meeting at 6 p.m. on Friday, July 30, at the Gallatin Lions Club Building, 801 West Grand Street, Gallatin.

There will be a short business meeting beginning at 6 p.m., then hamburgers and hot dogs will be served. The program will be Blake Hurst, vice-president of the Missouri Farm Bureau.

A candidate forum for those vying in the upcoming election on Aug. 3 will include incumbent Judge Daren Adkins and his opposition, Jan Stout; and incumbent Prosecuting Attorney Annie Gibson and her opposition, Julia Filley. The public is invited to attend.
