A telephone survey of Farmers’ Electric Cooperative members will begin in the very near future and it is important that FEC members take the time to participate in the survey.

"This survey allows the member-owners of Farmers’ Electric to provide us with information that we can use to improve our service to the membership," said Mike Sanders, FEC Chief Executive Officers. "We have changed a number of programs in the past from the results of the survey."
Sanders cited the co-operative’s involvement in economic development as an example. FEC currently owns and operates two industrial parks in which approximately 650 jobs now exist.
"Those jobs were non-existent less than 20 years ago," said Sanders. "Surveys from the late 1980’s showed our members felt it was very important that FEC become involved in bringing jobs to the area."
The call center making the calls has been instructed to announce they are calling on behalf of Farmers’ Electric Cooperative. If the operators do not identify themselves as calling on behalf of FEC then it is not a survey that is affiliated with the cooperative.
"The feedback we receive from our membership is important to us," sand Sanders. "If you are called, please take the time to answer the survey."
