A Cambridge man received minor injuries after suffering a medical problem while driving a 1997 Kentworth Conventional semi on I-35.

According to a report by the Missouri State Highway patrol, Randy Friez, 58, Cambridge, was northbound at approximately 9:24 p.m. on June 16 about one mile north of Pattonsburg. He experienced a medical problem and traveled through the median onto the southbound lane of I-35 for a short distance. He came back across the median to the northbound side and then traveled across the median back to the southbound lanes where the vehicle came to rest across the southbound lanes. The semi was upright with the tractor off the roadway and the trailer blocking the southbound lanes.
Mr. Reiz, who was wearing his seat belt, was taken by MTA Ambulance to Harrison County Community Hospital due to the medical condition.
The semi received minor damage.
The accident was investigated by Tpr. A. Griffin, assisted by Cpl. A. Henry and the Daviess County Sheriff.
