The Pattonsburg Alumni Banquet was well attended with around 140 present. The meal was prepared by Marilyn Talbert, Maudie Youngs and Martha Dannar. The special entertainment was presented by the Pattonsburg High School Jazz Ensemble.

Those attending from the 50 year Class of 1960 were Max Summers, Jack Reynolds, Judy Mikes Watson, Cliff Hibbs, Joyce Carter Lupfer, Bruce Lowrey, Joyce Walker Macrander, Terry Smelcer, Barry Findley, Larry Maloney, Linda Drummond Adkins, Forrest Morris, Connie Manion Culver, Kenneth Conover, Lloyd Conover and Richard "Dick" Teel.
The graduates from Class of 1985 hosted the evening. Those attending were Darrell Teel, Marcie Bauer-Bailey, Nichel Hoover-Crone, Michelle Newby-Harris, Rick Crone, Kenton Plymell and Richard Morris.
Graduates of 2010 attending were Ashley Nicole Cameron, Haley Jo Slessman, and Holly Elizabeth Morris. Holly received the alumni scholarship award.
Larry Maloney got the prize for coming the farthest distance and Dallas Lowrey, Junior Ray Daniel and Daphna Cummings from the Class of 1943 were the oldest Pattonsburg graduates attending. The evening closed with Daphna and Dallas leading the singing of Alma Mater.
