After a carry-in salad supper, president Nancy Tate welcomed back Nita Cragg and Betty Bird. A committee was appointed to revise the chapter’s by-laws. Members voted to support a state service project regarding the medical needs of a six-year-old Popular Bluff boy. The next meeting will be "Beginning Day" on Aug. 23 at the home of Peggy Noel.
