Nichele Crone asked the Pattonsburg Board of Aldermen for permission to put up vinyl signs on the fence at the ball field during the regular meeting held April 14. The board had no objections.

Board members Leonard Barr and Mark Smith were sworn in.
Karen Shepherd was reappointed city clerk.
The board carried a motion to put Robert Sweiger on the city council board to fill the position vacated by Tracy Parton.
A motion carried to take sealed bids on various items. Eddy Meador and Ms. Shepherd will put a list together.
The sewer proposal and employee reviews were tabled until next month.
The board voted to give Mr. Meador and Ms. Shepherd their vacation pay.
