Future directors and actors can submit a video up to 10 minutes long to GHCAA dealing with the subject of women’s health. There is no limit to the number of people who can appear in your video or be involved in the making of the videos.
The first place winner/team receives a $100 prize!
To be considered, all videos should observe the following rules: No nudity; No profanity; Video must be less than 10 minutes long.
Contestants must live within our GHCAA and/or Women’s Health Services Program’s service area, which includes Daviess County. Contestants under 18 will need a parent’s permission
All videos received will be reviewed by the staff of GHCAA. The top three favorites will be added to our social networking pages, where everyone we’ve "friended" can vote for the final winner. The video receiving the most "likes" will be awarded a $100 grand prize, be our debut YouTube video, and have their name(s) mentioned in our various publications.
Videos should be burned onto a CD or DVD and clearly marked with the name and contact information of the sender/submitter. If you are unable to burn the video file to a disc, please contact Jenn @ GHCAA by calling 660-359-3907 ext 111 for alternate, acceptable video submission methods. Submissions should be postmarked no later than Saturday, July 31, 2010.
Videos that are submitted may be used for future promotional purposes by GHCAA, a non-profit agency. Videos may be posted to internet sites for promotional purposes. If you are under 18, a signed parental permission form is required. By submitting a video into the contest, you are agreeing to abide by the rules of the contest and agreeing to allow GHCAA full reproduction/publication/copyright/promotional rights to use your video in the future.
