Funeral services for Lydia Gingerich were held on Sunday, May 22, 2010, at the Henry Ropp residence, south of Jamesport. Burial was at Meadow View Cemetery in Jamesport.

Lydia C. Gingerich, 60, a former resident of Jamesport, died Wednesday, April 28, 2010, at Freeman Detweilers in Charlotte, Mich.
Mrs. Gingerich, daughter of Chester and Mattie (Kauffman) Gingerich, was born May 21, 1949, in Pennville, Ind.
She was preceded in death by her parents; brothers, Andy, Ed, Albert, Ike, and Chester Gingerich, and a sister, Mary Burkholder.
Survivors include sisters, Lizzie Mast, Sarah Burkholder, Naomi Detweiler, Emma Detweiler, Katie Ann Mast; and brothers, Joe Gingerich, Danny Gingerich, Rueben Gingerich, Perry Gingerich.
