Celebration of Life for Shaneil Parker will be held at 10 a.m. on Friday, April 9, 2010, at Breit-Hawkins & Gladden Funeral Home, Savannah. Public viewing and family receiving is from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday. Shaneil will be cremated following the service. The family suggests memorials to Children’s Mercy Hospital, Kansas City.

Shaneil Nichole Parker, 13, Rosendale, passed away on Monday, April 5, 2010, in her home.
Shaneil was born July 10, 1996 in St. Joseph, to Billy Parker and Stephanie (Smith) Parker.
Shaneil was an eighth grader at North Andrew. She enjoyed basketball; 4-wheeling; fishing; the outdoors and spending time with friends and best friend, Angel.
Shaneil was preceded in death by grandfathers, Harold Smith and Ralph Johnson.
Survivors include her father and stepmother, Billy and Kathy Parker, Jamesport; mother, Stephanie Parker, of the home; half brother, Kyle Smith; stepbrother, Kadin Souders; half sisters, Bobbie Lee and Billie Ray; grandmother, Theresa Johnson; grandparents, B.J. and Mary Parker; Sherry and Dan McKiddy; a niece and nephew; and several aunts, uncles and cousins.
