Sandra Louise Silkwood, 71, Cameron, died Feb. 19, 2010, at her home.
Sandra was born on Oct. 24, 1938, in Quincy, Ill., to Hallie Maurice and Helen (Moss) Sessions.
She was preceded in death by her parents; brother, Maurice; and sister, Kay.
Survivors include companion, Larry Puterbaugh of the home; two daughters, Sherry Siever, Cameron, and Stacey Lewis, Coffey; one son, Kerry Swearingen, Lynden, Wash.; seven grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
