Post Commander Ray Clevenger presented the Cub Scouts and their leaders with a plaque for their patriotism, and dedication to community service. Post member John Tarwater graciously loaned the Boy Scouts his 1944 Scout Handbook to compare the 66 years of Scout traditions and skills.
