Phyllis Heckenbach has accepted the newly formed position of Caldwell County/Daviess County Community Services Manager. Heckenbach will now oversee the operations of the Green Hills Community Action Agency within these two counties.
Sandi Williams, Deputy Director for GHCAA expressed excitement about the change, and had this to say "Phyllis is a good manager who has the client’s best interest at heart and is very involved in her community. We know she will accomplish many goals in her new position and we are grateful she has stepped up to the challenge."
In addition to the appointment of a new Community Service Manager, Caldwell and Daviess counties also gained a new Housing Assistance Coordinator on Feb. 22.GHCAA is pleased to announce that Jean Gardner has accepted the position of Housing Assistance Coordinator covering both counties. Gardner will be based in the Caldwell County Office located in Hamilton, and will focus her attention on helping qualified residents of the two counties gain safe and affordable housing
