The fog was out Saturday, but 14 wrestlers made their way to Trenton with their families to another day of tournament wrestling. The club brought home six first place medals, one second place medal, three third place medals, three fourth place medals and one fifth place medal. The team also had 14 wins by decision of a pin.

The wrestlers bringing home first were Gage Wright, Jagger Gray, Brinley Vandiver, Eli Henke, Klayton Lynch and Graydee Rains. The second place winner was Gabe Allen. Those grabbing third were Cole Henderson, Trenton Ishmael and Jarod Rains. Wrestlers with a fourth place medals were Andon Allen, Tayton Terry and C.J. Richards. The fifth place winner was Draven Wright.
This tournament had a smaller number of wrestlers with only 150 wrestlers involved, but lots of good competition and valuable mat time. On Sunday, Jan. 24, the club will travel to Lathrop for the Lathrop Tee-Shirt Tournament.
