Megan and Jeffrey Epperly of Grandview proudly announce the birth of twin daughters. The twins arrived on Nov. 13, 2009, at North Kansas City Hospital in Kansas City. Maddix Louise was born at 1:19 p.m. and weighed 5 pounds, 1 ounce, and was 18 1/2 inches long. Her sister Kennedi Michelle arrived at 1:26 p.m. and weighed 4 pounds, 4 ounces, and was 18 1/4 inches long.

Maternal grandparents are Stan and Meredith Doty of McFall. Maternal great-grandparents are Clyde and Mildred Hulet of McFall, and Carol Nelson of Roeland Park, Kan.

Paternal grandparents are Jerry and Suzanne Epperly of Nixa, and paternal great-grandparents are Carlyn and Betty Epperly of Johnson City, Tenn. The twins were released from the hospital on Thanksgiving Day.
