Monday: Mexican casserole, fiesta corn, Spanish rice, pudding parfait; Tuesday: Salisbury steak, baked potato, oatmeal bread, Brussels sprouts, blushing pears; Wednesday: beef stew, cole slaw, bran muffins, applesauce; Thursday: chicken and rice, peas, juice, banana bread; Friday: ham, sweet potatoes, green beans, pineapple upside down cake.
