Beginning cash balance on Jan. 1, 2009, was $2,070.19. Income from all courts in 2009 was $4,752. Expenditures amounted to $4,169.08, leaving an ending balance of $2,653.11.
The Daviess County Law Library currently maintains the following: Missouri Lawyers Weekly, West’s Missouri Digest current through 2001, Vernon’s Annotated Missouri Statutes current through 2007, MAI-CR 3rd, Southwestern Reporter through 186 S.W.3d, Missouri Revised Statutes 2000 with Cum. Supp. 2009, access to Westlaw internet service (added in 2007).
A laptop computer system for use to access Westlaw is located in the prosecuting attorney’s office.
