Kate Hangley, a graduate of Pattonsburg R-2, received the American FFA Degree at the 82nd National FFA Convention in Indianapolis on Oct. 24.

Less than one in 154 FFA members advance through their local chapter and state FFA degree programs to earn this national degree. Kate is the daughter of Dana Shipers and Steve Hangley. She is currently attending the University of Missouri.
