The Winston FFA Chapter went to Kansas City to volunteer for the American Royal. This is the fourth year the Chapter has volunteered at the American Royal. Being the only chapter there, they had a lot of responsibilities to take care of.

The chapter led tours of elementary students around the "World of Ag" which consisted of different stations pertaining to agriculture. Some of the stations consisted of the agriculture magic show, petting zoo, horse training demonstration, rodeo university, dairy milking demonstration, and many others. There were about 600 elementary students from Kansas City schools taking the tours that day. After touring, the chapter headed over to Kemper Arena for the Dodge Prairie Circuit Finals Rodeo
