Army Sgt. Isaac Jackson, 27, was killed in action in Afghanistan last week. Mr. Jackson’s funeral will be held at 1:30 p.m. today in the Lathrop High School gymnasium. He is the step son of Virginia King’s nephew, Edward Kariker, of Plattsburg. Virginia and Dean King are of Gallatin. Issac’s full obituary appears on page 7.
