Funeral services for James Ford were held at 2 p.m. today (Wednesday, Oct. 28), at Poland Thompson Funeral Home in Cameron. Burial was in: Packard Cemetery, Cameron.

James "Jim" Robert Ford, 52, died Oct. 24, 2009, at KU Medical Center after a lengthy illness, surrounded by his family.
Mr. Ford was born Dec. 16, 1956, in Kansas City, and later attended and graduated from Winston High School in 1975.
He served as foreman for Tnemec Paint Manufacturing for 17 years before retiring in 2002.
On Dec. 22, 1995, he married Patricia Riley.
Mr. Ford is preceded in death by his brother, Jerry Joe; a sister, Connie Pyzer; and his father, Larry Pyzer.
Survivors include his wife, Patty of the home; five sons: Jim M. Ford, Ryan Ford, Brandon Ford, all of Cameron; Wes Ford and Jim Wooster of the home; two daughters: Dana ChenLo, Omaha, Neb.; Anita Hicks, Cameron; mother, Wanda Pyzer, Cameron; grandmother, Amy Pyzer, McMinville, Ore.; brother, Lee Pyzer, Altamont; and 12 grandchildren.
